  6. SYNOPSIS
  7.     touch [-c] files ...

  9. DESCRIPTION
  10.     touch updates the timestamp of each file in the file list, or
  11.     creates the file if it does not exist.
  12.  
  13. OPTIONS
  14.     -c  Do not create the file if it does not exist.
  15.
